There are five main ways to receive help.
#1 Website chat is accessed from the chat bubble on the bottom right-hand side of each website page. After you submit your information and question, we will reply with a text message.
#2 Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will create a ticket for you in the Support Portal. You will receive a support ticket email confirmation and email updates.
#3 Visit the Image Building Media Support Portal from which we manage the support for all of our brands. From here you can:
- Submit support tickets.
- Manage support tickets.
- View tutorials and documentation.
#4 Join a free training session. Our Free Weekly Training Calendar is here: https://smallbusiness.imagebuildingmedia.com/training.
- A Zoom link is provided on the calendar for each training session. When it is time for the training, use the link to go to the Zoom meeting.
- While on the Google Calendar for the Free Weekly Training, there is a "copy to my calendar," which you can use to add scheduled times to your calendar.
